​How Do I Place An Order?

 

  • ​Sign up and log in to our website.

  • Choose the products first you like and make your wishlist ready.  or

                 visit our home page to search product of your choice

  • Use the search function to find the specific item you want to purchase. (If you do not find the product of your choice from brands like titan, timex or fastrack please send us the model number and brand in chat box we will definitely try out best to avail that product on best discount for you.)

  • Once you've decided to purchase the product, click on the "Add to Cart" or "Buy Now" button. This action will add the item to your virtual shopping cart.

  •  Review the items you have added and ensure that they are correct. You have the option to modify quantities or remove items from the cart at this stage.

  • Proceed to Checkout: When you're ready to proceed, click on the "Checkout" or "Proceed to Checkout" button. This will take you to the order summary page.

  • Enter the required shipping information, including your name, address, phone number, and email address. Ensure that the information is accurate and complete to avoid any delivery issues.

  • Review Order Details: Double-check your order summary, including the products, shipping address, shipping method, and payment information. Make any necessary changes or edits.

  • Place the Order: Click on the "Place Order" button to finalize your purchase.

  • Order Confirmation: Once your order is successfully placed,

  • Track Your Order.

Returns & Refunds

           In case due to any reason you want to return or exchange the product.

Please keep the item in its original condition, with outer box or case, user manual, warranty cards, and other accompaniments in manufacturer packaging for a successful return pick-up. 

        We may contact you to ascertain the damage or defect in the product prior to issuing refund/replacement.

You can avail replacement, in an unlikely event of damaged, defective or different item delivered to you. You can also return the product for a full refund.
